My studio is my happy place. My current studio is the attic of the loghouse I am renting in next to the Vaal River, this is where I spend my days creating.
For the past two weeks I have been creating functional art pieces I eagerly want to share with you.
For some reason, creating objects other than paintings bring a different kind of excitement in my bones.

Posting images of my art is my main form of exhibiting my art, and it is a bit of a drawback, as my art needs to be seen in real life and in a setting.
I feel that this set of photos, which my niece photographed while visiting us, gives a bigger picture and convey the feeling I wish to carry over with my creations.

The painting on my easel is one of those that keeps on changing and changing. When the photo was taken, I thought I was doing the final touches on the painting, but then my brush took control over my hand and the painting went in a completely new direction.
